Although a restaurant, the depth of experience gained over a decade has evolved us into an African dish Institution. Having moved beyond our core business of cooking and serving guests, Tante Marie plants a core of its foodstuffs and fruits in a fertile river basin, provides equal opportunity for its workers and has developed a strong brand that makes visitors and locals identify with our African theme. Occasional cookery lessons have been given to eager foreigners, students on excursions have been educated and we have also shared our expertise on numerous media networks.
